Best Safety Product of 2007 presented by Comedian Phil Hammond

The Hilton Park Lane was the venue for this years Health & Safety Awards held in June. The Reelfix Rapid System won the honours in the Best New Safety Product catagory and Reelfix Managing Director Mike Keen was on hand to accept the award. Mike said, "This award is particularly significant to us as it recognises what we see as the main product benefits of the Reelfix system which is worker welfare and safety. We know already that Steel Fixers have taken to using Reelfix because it makes their job easier and a bit more civilised. But the main message we're trying to get across is that a small change in Steel Fixing work methods can be the solution to a multitude of safety and environmental issues. A product as simple as Reelfix can make a huge difference on site".

Reelfix picked up the prestigious "Product of the Show Award" at the Building Exhibition held in Dublin on 14th - 16th of September 2006. Despite some stiff competition from some massive names in the construction equipment market, the simplicity of design, ease of use and safety benefits of using the system won a unanimous decision from the judging panel of industry experts.
