Main Contractor - Kier Build

A £34.7 million project, at Bristol Harbourside, to design and build 15.800 m2 four storey office development . Featuring a large central atrium with scenic lifts and glazed roof, the building will become the headquarters of HBOS Financial Services, housing 1,700 of its staff.

Steelfix UK Ltd fixed the 700 tonnes of rebar in the basement slab, columns and ground floor slab. Reelfix was used from day one on this project and was an immediate success with the fixers as well as the Kier Build project team.
