Reelfix Ltd's largest direct supply project to date is South Hook LNG Terminal at Milford Haven in Pembrokeshire. This colossal project includes the construction of five concrete containment tanks with a capacity of 155,000 cubic meters each. Tank bases are 94 meters in diameter and the slip-formed walls stand at 28 meters.
The Reelfix system has been used here since July 2005 to fix the 10,000 Tonnes of rebar needed to construct the massive tanks.

120 Steel Fixers worked with the Reelfix system on the slip formed walls to meet Taylor Woodrow's self imposed production target. On tank 4 walls, the fixers managed to put away an incredible 600 Tonnes of rebar in only 12 days using Reelfix.
